Kaos Hotel Apartments is comprised of 33 1-Bedroom apartments and studios, set in pleasant surroundings with a large garden and swimming pool area. The hotel is ideally situated on Nissi Avenue, 7 minutes away from the Bar Strip and within a few minutes' walk from all the best beaches Cyprus has to offer.
Our ideal location within Ayia Napa's main road ensures you can reach restaurants, cafes, supermarkets and bus stops taking you to any place you would wish to visit within minutes.

Each 1-Bedroom apartment comprises of one bedroom with 2 single or 1 double bed, open plan kitchenette with lounge. The kitchen has a full size gas cooker, fridge and cutlery. The lounge has two sofas that can be converted into beds (thus each apartment can accommodate comfortably up to four persons). Also each apartment has its own private bath and shower, TV, and air-condition in the bedroom and living room. They also have a verandah and/or balcony.
Studios are comprised of 2 single or 1 double bed, fully equipped kitchen, private shower and TV, as well as air-condition and a balcony. There are also 2 wheelchair accessible ground floor studios.
18 apartments are on the ground floor and 15 on the first floor.
The apartments have been run by the Kaos family, for the last 30 years.
