The Rooms

These multi-award winning, family orientated, fully air-conditioned apartments & studios, 35 in all, are set in pleasant surroundings, with large gardens, brand new swimming pool & ideally situated on Nissi Avenue, close to town centre and several beaches. They are within easy reach of shops, restaurants and a pharmacy, as well as 2 bus stops with buses travelling to/from town centre, all Ayia Napa beaches, Waterpark, Protaras & Larnaca Airport, saving you a lot of money on Taxis. The apartments feature Free WiFi Internet.

Each apartment comprises of 1-bedroom with 2 single beds, open plan kitchenette with large fridge, a lounge and a private bathroom with shower. Each apartment has a balcony and some apartments offer pool view.

Each studio comprises of 2 single beds plus an armchair that can turn into a bed, fully equipped kitchen with small fridge, dining table, balcony and private shower.

The apartments are cleaned after each departure and linen and towels are replaced with clean ones. The apartments are cleaned 5 days a week and fresh towels and linen are provided every 3 or 4 days.

The lounge has 1 or 2 settees that can be converted into beds (thus each apartment can accommodate comfortably up to 4 persons).
